Why green
Plants use red and blue light to set their clock and barely respond to green. A green LED lets you inspect, water and work during the dark period without interrupting the photoperiod that keeps a flowering room on schedule.
Formats
A headlamp or clip on hat light keeps both hands free. Flashlights and magnetic work lights aim light where it is needed. Green LED bulbs in a standard base, some with a remote, light a whole room from a fixture or a string.

Can I leave a green bulb on all night?
It is not recommended. Use it while working, then turn it off.
