How do I place an order on MegaGrowMart?
Add products to your cart and check out; you then receive an invoice by email with a secure payment link.
There is no card entry on the website. The invoice link accepts credit and debit cards and ACH bank transfer. Orders ship once payment clears, usually the same or next business day for parcel items.
Can I pay by ACH or bank transfer?
Yes. Every invoice includes a secure link that accepts ACH bank transfer as well as credit and debit cards.
ACH payments take one to three business days to settle. Card payments clear immediately. Both show as paid on your order automatically.
How do I get tracking for my order?
Tracking is added to your order and emailed to you as soon as the shipment leaves the warehouse.
You can also open the order from the confirmation email at any time to see its status. Freight shipments include the carrier and PRO number.
Which items ship by freight?
Large or heavy items such as greenhouses, reverse osmosis systems, trimming machines, and case quantities of nutrients ship by LTL freight.
When freight applies, we confirm the shipping cost with you before the order ships. Freight deliveries require someone present to receive the pallet.
What is your return policy?
Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Email support@megagrowmart.com with your order number to start a return. Special order items, opened consumables, and nutrients are not returnable.
Do you accept resale or tax exemption certificates?
Yes. Send your certificate to support@megagrowmart.com and we apply tax-exempt status to your account within one business day.
Once applied, invoices for that account are issued without sales tax where the exemption is valid. Set up a commercial account to keep certificates and ship-to addresses on file.
What does special order mean on a product?
A special order item is built or shipped directly from the manufacturer after you order and is not returnable.
Lead times vary by manufacturer and are listed on the product page or confirmed by email after checkout. Trimming machines and commercial reverse osmosis systems are the most common special order items.
