Shipping

Parcel orders ship by ground with tracking added to your order and emailed when the shipment leaves the warehouse. Large or heavy items such as greenhouses, reverse osmosis systems, and trimming machines ship by LTL freight; we confirm freight cost with you before those orders ship.

Payment

After checkout you receive an invoice by email with a secure link to pay by card or ACH. Orders ship once payment clears.

Returns

Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email support@megagrowmart.com with your order number to start a return. Special order items, opened consumables, and nutrients are not returnable.
